Adobe Sign Instructions - Client

Use Adobe Sign to simplify the process of signing documents.

Instructions

Your Financial Adviser has forwarded you some documents for your convenience, eliminating the need for unnecessary visits to their office.

Please see the below steps to learn how to digitally sign your advice documents.

You will receive the below email and can select either Review and Sign the document or Delegate someone to do so.



If you select Review & Sign, you will navigate to the document, where you can enter your signature.


You may also choose other Options from the drop-down.



Your Name will be automatically populated, this is editable. You can also upload an image of your signature, or enter your mobile details by selecting the buttons at the top of the window.

Once you have ensured the correct details have been entered, select Apply.



Your Signature will be applied to the document, along with an option to change this.

You will also see the agreement prompt. Select the Click to Sign button to finalise the process.



You will navigate to the final confirmation page where you may download a copy of the document.

You can also log into your existing Adobe Sign account.



Delegating Signature

You may also choose to delegate the signing to another party.

You can do this by selecting Delegate from the email you received.

Additionally, you can access this option from the drop-down options within the document.



Choosing either of these paths will navigate you to a page where you can enter the details of the nominated delegate.







Declining a Document

You can also Decline to sign the document from the Document Sign page by selecting Decline from the drop-down under Options.



If you choose to decline, you will be prompted to enter a reason for declining, and all parties will receive a notification once you have selected the Decline button.



You will navigate to a confirmation dialogue.



The document will show as Declined in your adviser's system, who may reach out to you to discuss further details.
