Reinstating Your AdviserLogic Account After Suspension

If your Morningstar AdviserLogic account was suspended due to non-payment, you can reinstate or reactivate it by settling the outstanding amount.

📨 Contact AdviserLogic Support to confirm the payment and request reinstatement.
🪙 Ensure your payment details are updated to avoid future suspensions.

Once payment is received, your AdviserLogic access will be restored promptly.

Email Request

Please send an email to our support team at [email protected].

Ensure the email is sent from the Practice Champion’s registered email address.

📢 Important Billing Request Guidelines

  • If a paraplanner or support staff submits a request, the Practice Champion must be CC’d in the email.

  • Billing requests are handled exclusively via email and will not be processed through calls or chat support.

⚠️ Ensure compliance to avoid delays.


Provide Payment Details

Include payment details such as the transaction ID made against the outstanding invoices in your email.

If you prefer to make the payment directly to the Morningstar bank account, refer to any previous invoice for the bank account details.

After making the payment, email AdviserLogic Support at [email protected] with the transaction ID or receipt of the payment.

📌 Note

Check the Bank Transfer section in your invoice to find the Morningstar Bank account details for payments.


Verification and Reactivation

Once the request and payment details are received by email, the support team will verify the payment details.

After verification and reactivation of the account, the support team will update you about the status of your Morningstar AdviserLogic account over the same email chain.


By taking these steps, you can quickly reinstate your Morningstar AdviserLogic account after addressing the overdue payment issue.
