Await Confirmation from Australian Money Market
Once the datafeed is successfully set up, Australian Money Market will send a confirmation email.
Ensure you review this confirmation and retain any provided credentials or instructions for the next steps in the datafeed setup.
Stage 2
Setup Datafeed in AdviserLogic
Setup Datafeed in AdviserLogic
Once you have the current datafeed credentials, you will need to follow the setup Datafeed instructions for AdviserLogic.
Go to Datafeeds and from the Datafeed Codes screen select Add
.
Select Australian Money Market from the drop-down menu.
Enter your Australian Money Market credentials in the required fields and Save.
💡Tip
Format: Credentials are alphabetical (letters only, no numbers).
✅ Ensure you enter the correct credentials to enable a seamless datafeed connection.
The datafeed should be live within 72 hours.
Please check the File Received Last Date column from the datafeed landing page/datafeed codes page.
The last file received date should be within a few days of the current date.
Once the datafeed is established, you may also check this page to troubleshoot common datafeed issues.
💡Tip
It is a good idea to determine the code's expiry date from your provider and set a task for the following year to prevent datafeed interruptions.
If the datafeed credentials have expired and the datafeed has been inactive for some time the result will reflect in incorrect balances within the client's assets.

Map Client Accounts
Map Client Accounts
Once the datafeed is live you need to Map the client's accounts from the Datafeed to AdviserLogic.
Navigate to the Datafeed screen and select the provider from Datafeed Management > Select Platform from the dropdown.
Select the Adviser Code from the dropdown. option.
Search for the individual, and select the Map options.
Select the Map button. Choose From:
Create New - If the client is not added to Adviserlogic and you want to map the account code with the client without creating the client in the Fact Find.
Existing - To map the datafeed to an existing client. Recommended
Joint - To map the account code with the joint entity.
Once the account is mapped search for the client again and select the refresh button. This will force the data through immediately, rather than waiting the requisite 24 hours.
📌Note
Avoid mapping to the superannuation entity, as this is created by AdviserLogic after the account is mapped.
Always map to the Client’s Name, SMSF, or Trust.
If Super Is the Policy Owner
When a super fund owns an insurance policy, it should be linked to the corresponding super fund account rather than the client or partner.
Please ensure that the relevant super fund account is already present in the client's superannuation section.
Investment Datafeeds are only available to users holding an Investment Adviser License or Comprehensive Adviser License.

What information does this feed provide?
Investment Details: Unit Balance and Transactional Data, including purchases, redemptions and distributions.
This Datafeed updates daily.
What information is not available?
Superannuation information, personal details beyond name and date of birth.
What conflicts might it cause?
AMM provides a Datafeed to Class. If a Class Datafeed is active to AdviserLogic, it may conflict with the AMM Datafeed and cause duplication.
Have there been any name changes or Provider Mergers? If yes what data is being received for the merged provider.
Australian Money Markets is part of DDH Graham (AFSL) - But Data Feeds and all information are separate.
