It is not possible to have an account with only Support/Paraplanner licenses.

Discussing Your Licensing Needs

For existing clients, your Customer Success Manager is your first contact if you are considering changes and would like some advice. Click on the CSM button in the help centre to schedule a meeting with them.

Changing your License

Once you have determined what additional licenses or changes are required your Practice Champion can raise this request via the ticketing system in the help centre.

πŸ“ŒNote

For compliance and security reasons, all licence change requests must be submitted in writing by the designated Practice Champion. This ensures that all changes are authorised by the appropriate individual and properly documented for audit and verification purposes.

Please keep in mind that changing your license type will result in a price change, which will be reflected in your billing from the following month's invoice. Ensure to confirm the current rates directly with our support team, as pricing may vary
