How to Raise the Request
The Practice Champion can submit a request through the Help Centre to know the list of Products they are billed for.
Select Invoice Query - Request Form from Create a ticket
Select the Product Charges option from the drop-down under Type of Invoice Query
Once details are entered, select the Create Ticket button to submit the request.
Verification and Provision of Invoice or Supplementary Spreadsheet
After we receive your request, our Support team will review the product costs and provide a copy of the invoice, the supplementary spreadsheet, or both. This ensures you have a clear breakdown of all products you are being billed for.
📌Note
Only the Practice Champion can submit a ticket to request the cost and can track the progress of the request through the Help Centre.
The Practice Champion can also email us at [email protected] with the transaction details
If other staff members need to submit a request or follow up on its status, they can do so by emailing [email protected] and copying in the Practice Champion.
Understanding Your Invoice Charges
Follow the guidelines below to identify and understand the different products and services included in your invoice. This will help ensure transparency in your billing and clarify any charges applied.
Refer to the Description Section in the Invoice
The Description section in your invoice lists the products you are being charged for. This section provides a high-level overview of the charges.
Supplementary Spreadsheet
For a detailed breakdown of the product offerings you are being charged for, refer to the supplementary spreadsheet shared along with your invoice. This document provides a comprehensive breakdown of each product and its associated costs.
Understanding the Product Family and Product Column
Product Family | The overall product category you are being charged for, such as Adviser Logic or FinaMetrica |
Product Column | Details the specific product type or the particular service or feature you are using within that product family |
Product Family | Product Type | What you are using |
AdviserLogic | Licence Type | In AdviserLogic, you are charged based on the License Type in your practice. |
Licensee Solution | AFSL Dashboard Console CRM/Licensee Console and Dashboard | Refers to the AFSL Dashboard account and/or the AFSL AdviserLogic account |
Financial Planning - Licensee Solution | Paylogic and Payee | Refers to the Paylogic account - Payee refers to Adviser Group added in the Paylogic account |
AdviserLogic Customisation | SMS Pack, Digital Signature Credits, Customized Template | Refers to the charge against the Purchase of SMS credits, Digital Signature credits and for creating a Custom template |
FinaMetrica | FinaMetrica | It refers to a FinaMetrica account |
