The Supplementary spreadsheet includes a detailed breakdown of the costs reflected in the invoice. Here are the key fields you will find in the spreadsheet.
Salesforce Client ID | A unique ID associated with the client under Morningstar. |
Biller Name | The name of the entity to whom it is billed, which can be a practice or an AFSL (Australian Financial Services Licence). |
Practice Name | The name of the practice, company, or firm. |
User Name | The name of the user utilising Morningstar products such as AdviserLogic, Pay Logic, AFSL Dashboard, FinaMetrica, etc. |
Opportunity Owner | The email ID associated with the Customer Success Manager of your practice. |
Product Family | The Morningstar product that the users are using and being charged for. |
Product Type | The type of Morningstar product the user is using. |
Quantity | The number of users utilising the Morningstar product. |
Unit Price/Total Billing | The cost excludes GST. |

📢 Important Billing Request Guidelines
If a paraplanner or support staff submits a request, the Practice Champion must be CC’d in the email.
Billing requests are handled exclusively via email and will not be processed through calls or chat support.
