Overview
This feature helps you identify the cost of a particular licence type used within your practice. It allows you to review the billing amount for licences such as Adviser, Paraplanner or Support licences so you can understand exactly what your practice is being charged for each user type.
How to Raise the Request
The Practice Champion can submit a request through the Help Centre to know the cost of a licence.
Select Invoice Query - Request Form from Create a ticket
Select the Other option from the drop-down under Type of Invoice Query
Enter the name of the licence type for which you need the cost/price information
Once details are entered, select the Create Ticket button to submit the request.
Verification and Refund Process
Once the request is received, the support team will verify the cost of the specified license type. The support team will then share the cost/price information over the same ticket.
📌 Note
Only the Practice Champion can submit a ticket to request the cost and can track the progress of the request through the Help Centre.
The Practice Champion can also email us at [email protected] with the transaction details
If other staff members need to submit a request or follow up on its status, they can do so by emailing [email protected] and copying in the Practice Champion.
💡Tip
If you need to know the cost/price of a particular license type to create a login within your practice, the same process should be followed.
