Overview

The Insurance Reporting feature in AdviserLogic Digital Advice allows you to generate detailed reports based on insurance quotes and modelling. These reports provide a clear summary of cover details, premium comparisons, and recommended products, helping you present compliant and transparent advice to your clients.

Insurance reports are particularly useful when comparing multiple products, documenting recommendations, and supporting Statements of Advice (SoAs) with structured, client-friendly outputs.

Insurance Reporting

We have made a few changes within Digital Advice on the quoting screen to improve the overall user experience of reviewing and recommending products using insurance strategies.

For ease of use, the Product Comparison button has been renamed to View/Compare Features.

In addition, a new button, Download Report, will now give you the option to:

Download a high-level quote report for one or more products

  • The High-level quote report shows the life insured and cover parameter details along with the premium details for all quoted products.

Download a detailed quote report for one or more products

  • The Detailed quote report shows the life insured and cover parameter details but will also show the breakdown of premium details across all cover types and inside and outside of super for all quoted products.

These changes have been made within the following sections:

  • Digital Advice Scenarios > Insurance Strategies

  • Advice Tools > Quoting and Research

For both the High-level and Detailed quote reports, the products included in the report will depend on how many products you have selected on the screen:

  • If you have selected one or more products, only these products will appear in the reports. This allows you to create a report targeted to your selected options.

  • If you have not selected any products, all products returned with a premium will appear in the report. This allows you to create a report showing all available options as evidence of your research.
