Overview

When using Zapier integrations with AdviserLogic, client records may occasionally be created without being fully linked to an existing client or workflow. These records are commonly referred to as orphan records.

Orphan records can occur when a Zap creates a new contact instead of matching an existing client, when mandatory information is missing, or when the integration encounters unexpected data during processing.

Regularly reviewing and managing orphan records helps maintain data quality and prevents duplicate or incomplete client records within AdviserLogic.
