Can I get Template designer access?

Yes, you can submit a request to the Support team to gain access to the Template Designer.

Error while generating reports?

An error may occur if the system detects special characters (such as &, #, ^, or -) in the Fact Find Notes section. These characters can disrupt the template's coding, leading to an error.

To fix this, please review all entries in the Notes section and remove or replace any special characters. Ensure that only supported characters are used.

If the issue continues after making these changes, feel free to contact Support for further assistance.

How can I raise a Template customisation request?

To request template changes, please contact our Support team and provide a marked-up sample document indicating the required updates. A member of our template team will then reach out to discuss the request, associated costs, and the next steps.

It’s important to submit a marked-up version of the specific template where changes are needed to ensure accuracy and avoid any misunderstandings.

Please note: if the requested changes involve a base AdviserLogic template, be aware that these templates are standard and used across all AdviserLogic users, so we are unable to apply custom modifications to them. However, if you prefer, we can create a custom template tailored to your needs at an additional cost.

Can the user customise the cashflow/holistic template?

Yes, the Cashflow/Holistic template can be customised. To request changes, please contact our Support team and include a sample document highlighting the specific updates required. This will help ensure accurate and efficient processing of the request.

What is the price quotation for customisation of the template?

To begin the template creation process, please provide the template name along with a marked-up document showing the required changes. Once received, our template team will prepare a Statement of Work (SOW), outlining the details including cost, estimated timeframe, and other relevant information.

I am not getting fees in templates?

Please verify the platform mapping, ensure the platform is correctly mapped in the Advice Tools, and then create a new scenario in Digital Advice.

Asset allocation charts and tables not showing?

Please ensure that the Risk Profiles are properly set up within the Fact Find section.

Can I change the Company logo?

Yes, the company logo can be updated by navigating to Tools > Practice Management > Company Logo. If the updated logo does not appear in the template, please contact Support to raise a request for further assistance.

Buy/Sell spreads calculated in the template but are not visible in the Digital Advice screen?

That’s correct—Buy/Sell Spread Fees are only calculated and visible within the templates. They do not appear on the Digital Advice screen.

ETL Tables – Can the User build their own ETL tables?

The ETL Table Builder feature is intended to be made available to end users; however, it is currently still under development. At this time, there is no confirmed release date.

Can I get the underlying investments in the Product disclosure statement (PDS)?

No, the underlying investments cannot be displayed. The system only shows the product statements.

Quality Advice Review - my portfolio fees are not coming in template or consent form is not coming?

The consent form page and portfolio fees are not appearing because the “Mark as Renewed” option has not been selected for the agreement due date. Both features require the agreement to be marked as renewed in order to be displayed.

Quality Advice Review – How do I exclude current year details from the Compliance module template?

In the Compliance module, there are two checkboxes that allow you to include or exclude details for the current year and the next year within the template.

I am not getting any new QAR enhancements or changes in the compliance template?

If the updated QAR changes are not reflecting for you, please contact the Support team to raise a request.

Changing data in the scenario, but the output is not reflecting in the templates while doing save & preview?

It may take up to 40 seconds for the data to update in the backend and be reflected in the system.
