Overview
In AdviserLogic’s Digital Advice module, each scenario is linked to an SoA template that determines the layout and content of the generated advice document.
Occasionally, you may need to change this template, for example, to use a different branding, comply with updated practice standards, or select a version tailored to a specific client type. Changing the mapped template ensures your advice outputs reflect the correct format and content preferences.
How to Map/Change the Template within Digital Advice for all the Scenarios
To produce SOA/ROA, it's essential to map templates in digital advice. Follow these steps to map/change the template
From any client card, go to Digital Advice > Scenarios > Settings
The General Settings screen will load > Default Templates will show the currently selected templates > Select Change
In the template selection window, select the requisite template from the drop-down menus. Once you have selected the appropriate template for each SoA and RoA, select Save.
📌Note
Mapping a template is crucial to producing advice. Without a mapped template, it won't be possible to generate advice for clients. Therefore, it's essential to ensure that templates are accurately mapped in the Digital Advice module before creating advice for clients.
💡Tip
AdviserLogic includes a feature that lets you update the template used for an individual scenario.
