Overview
The Ongoing Fees setup within AdviserLogic’s Digital Advice module allows you to define and disclose recurring advice fees as part of your SoA or RoA. This ensures your advice remains compliant and transparent, while also aligning fee structures with your client agreements. Proper setup of ongoing fees ensures they are accurately reflected in the advice document and linked to the relevant portfolios or products.
⚠️Important
Support logins have read-only access to scenarios and cannot create or edit them. In addition, Support logins do not have access to Advice Tools. Only users with the Paraplanner or Adviser role can access Advice Tools and create or edit Digital Advice scenarios.
Access
From any client card, go to Digital Advice > Scenarios > Settings
From Adviser Upfron//Ongoing on the General Settings screen, select Change to add/update fees charged as default.
Select the requisite tab to add/change Advice Fee, Super, or Investment fees. Select Adviser Upfront or Ongoing fee to Add/Change fees as needed.
Upfront advice fees are listed with the word:
Preparation will be used for the Preparation of Advice component in the Statement of Advice template.
Implementation for the Implementation fees component.
Ongoing advice fees use the keyword Ongoing.
By using these keywords in the fee description, these fees will display in your Statement of Advice as direct fees.
Fees from a Fee Structure applied to a portfolio, will appear in the Investment Advice Fees table.
