Overview

If your client’s Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) is not appearing in the Super Rollover tool, it is usually because the fund has not been fully set up in the client’s Fact Finder. The Super Rollover tool only displays SMSFs that are correctly recorded with all required details. This article explains how to add or update an SMSF so it becomes available for rollover strategies.

Access

Open the client record and navigate to Fact Finder > Superannuation.

Review the existing SMSF to confirm whether members have been added. If not, click on the Add Member button.

Add a member by completing the requisite fields

📌Note

The most important fields are the Member and the Balance (%) fields. If your SMSF is paying a pension to a member, additional fields will appear when you select the Add Account button.

Your SMSF should now appear within Digital Advice and Cashflow, as well as an entity within the Assets section.
