Overview

The Fees in FDS Report allows you to review and populate adviser fee data used in Fee Disclosure Statements (FDS). This report helps ensure that ongoing fee arrangements are correctly reflected for clients and that fee amounts are captured consistently across reporting periods.

Using this report, you can identify missing fee values, validate fee records, and update information before generating FDS documents.

Fees In FDS Report

The Fees displayed in the Compliance module will only be included in the FDS Report if the following conditions are met.

Fee Type

The Fee record should show:

FDS Fees Apply - Yes

Fee Type - Ongoing

FDS Fee Period

The FDS Fee period is determined when the agreement is initiated.

This covers the 12 months ending immediately before the transition day.

The Agreement Date will be captured on the first tile of the compliance tab, under the Anniversary date.

This is the date for which the FDS report will be generated and will show as the Current Period throughout the Compliance section.

Fees Outside this date will not appear in the FDS report.

Custom Date Range

Entering a custom date range will NOT populate that date range into the FDS Report
