Contact Fiducian for Datafeed Credentials
To request the initiation of a datafeed from Fiducian, send the following email:

Await Confirmation from Fiducian
Once the datafeed is successfully set up, Fiducian will send a confirmation email.
This email will include a 4–6 digit code for the Datafeed, which must be noted down as it will be required in Stage 2 of the setup process.

Setup Datafeed in AdviserLogic
Setup Datafeed in AdviserLogic
When you have the current datafeed credentials, you will need to follow the Setup Datafeed Instructions for AdviserLogic.
Go to Datafeeds, and select Datafeed Codes from the left menu panel. Select Add.
Select Fiducian from the drop-down menu. Then enter the stored credentials in the required fields and Save.
The necessary fields will show in a new window, enter the Adviser Code that can be found in the confirmation email from your provider.
💡Tip
Format: A 4–6 digit numeric code (e.g., 123456).
Usage: This code is required to activate the datafeed connection with AdviserLogic.
✅ Ensure you enter the correct code to complete the setup successfully.
The datafeed should be live within 72 hours.
Please check the File Received Last Date column from the datafeed landing page/datafeed codes page.
The last file received date should be within a few days of the current date.
Once the datafeed is established, you may also check this page to troubleshoot common datafeed issues.
💡Tip
It is a good idea to determine the code's expiry date from your provider and set a task for the following year to prevent datafeed interruptions.
If the datafeed credentials have expired and the datafeed has been inactive for some time the result will reflect in incorrect balances within the client's assets.

Map Client Accounts
Map Client Accounts
Once the datafeed is live you need to Map the client's accounts from the Datafeed to AdviserLogic.
Navigate to the Datafeed screen and select the provider from Datafeed Management > Select Platform from the dropdown.
Select the Adviser Code from the dropdown. option.
Search for the individual, and select the Map options.
Select the Map button. Choose From:
Create New - If the client is not added to Adviserlogic and you want to map the account code with the client without creating the client in the Fact Find.
Existing - To map the datafeed to an existing client. Recommended
Joint - To map the account code with the joint entity.
Once the account is mapped search for the client again and select the refresh button. This will force the data through immediately, rather than waiting the requisite 24 hours.
📌Note
Avoid mapping to the superannuation entity, as this is created by AdviserLogic after the account is mapped.
Always map to the Client’s Name, SMSF, or Trust.
If Super Is the Policy Owner
When a super fund owns an insurance policy, it should be linked to the corresponding super fund account rather than the client or partner.
Please ensure that the relevant super fund account is already present in the client's superannuation section.
Investment Datafeeds are only available to users holding an Investment Adviser License or Comprehensive Adviser License.

General Information
The datafeed will support accounts within the Fiducian Superannuation Service, Fiducian Investment Service and any white-label versions of these products.
The unit balance information for each underlying holding, as well as the unit and dollar value of each transaction, will populate into AdviserLogic.
Supported underlying holdings are Investments, SMAs and International Equities.
Data will be updated and refreshed daily.

If there are existing manual entries for underlying assets related to Fiducian Superannuation or Investment Services on the Asset screen, these must be manually deleted before setting up the datafeed integration. This ensures that duplicate entries are avoided and maintains data accuracy.
