If you have entered your Adviser Code and Credentials but have not received any files, there could be a few reasons for this. In this article, we will go over what to do if you are experiencing this issue and how to resolve it.

Wait for 72 Hours

The first thing to do if you have entered your Adviser Code and Credentials but have not received any files is to wait for 72 hours.

This is because our system needs time to verify your Adviser Code with the provider. During this time, you may not see any changes or receive any files.

If after 72 hours you still have not received any files, there may be another issue causing the delay.

Check for Incorrect Adviser Code

If you have waited for 72 hours and still have not received any files, it is possible that you have entered an incorrect Adviser Code.

Double-check that you have entered the correct code and try again. If you are unsure of your Adviser Code, you can contact your Product provider relationship manager for assistance.

Technical Issues

If you have entered the correct Adviser Code and have waited for 72 hours, but still have not received any files, there may be a technical issue causing the delay. In this case, please contact the AdviserLogic Support for further assistance. They will be able to troubleshoot the issue and help resolve it.
