Adviserlogic - Notifications Centre

Learn how to access, manage, and organise notifications in AdviserLogic to stay informed about workflows, datafeeds, reminders, and important system activity.

Overview

The Notifications Feed in AdviserLogic alerts you to important events related to your workflows, system activity, shared notes, reminders, and datafeed processing. Notifications help improve visibility across your practice and ensure important actions are not missed.

The notification system is designed to provide quick access to updates that may require review or action, helping advisers and support staff remain informed throughout the day.​



Notification Center

The AdviserLogic Notification Centre is the Bell icon, located on the top right menu panel. Here, you will find all the notifications of your actions on AdviserLogic, as well as updates and banner announcements.


Selecting the Notification icon will open the Notification Centre drop-down window.


Notifications related to your actions will be displayed in this panel. The panel is further divided into modules, allowing users to view notifications for specific areas of AdviserLogic. For example, selecting Task will display notifications for any modifications or updates made to tasks.



Collapse & Expand

Selecting the Collapse / Expand function will hide or expand the categories panel.



Sort via Categories


​Important

To mark a notification as Important, select the Star icon located to the left of the notification. The notification will then appear under the Important notifications section. To remove the notification from Important notifications, select the Star icon again to unmark it.


Diary

Notifications related to Appointments & upcoming events will be shown here.

Datafeed

Notifications related to errors encountered while uploading files for Manual Datafeed will be displayed here.

Template

​​​​​​​Notifications regarding generating templates will be shown here.


Task

Notifications related to any modifications or updates made to tasks will be displayed here.

Banner

All banner notifications related to global issues and system-wide updates will be displayed here.

Client Requests

​​​​​​​All requests that come from client login will be shown here.

Client Updates

Notifications related to client updates will be displayed here.

Zapier

Notifications related to Zapier activities and updates will be displayed here.

Archived

Hovering over a notification will display the Archive option. Selecting this option will move the notification to the Archives section, and it will no longer appear in the live Notification Centre.

To view archived notifications, toggle the Archived option located at the top-right of the panel to Show, then search for the required notification using the Search text box.


There is also an option to archive all visible notifications.



Settings

Select the settings icon as shown below.

Select notifications to appear

Select the different notification modules that you want to appear under the main notification centre panel.



​​Change theme appearance

Select a theme to customise the appearance and colour of the Notification Centre.
