Overview

Adding a new client in AdviserLogic ensures their details are accurately recorded and seamlessly integrated across all modules, enabling a streamlined financial planning process.

The client creation process is quick and straightforward, allowing you to establish a new client profile with ease.

Additional details such as personal information, financial data, assets, liabilities, superannuation, and insurance policies can be entered later in the Fact Find, ensuring a comprehensive and well-structured client record.

This ability to quickly create a client in AdviserLogic allows you to capture essential primary data for potential clients and prospects without requiring the time commitment of a full Fact Find process.

This approach enables you to:

✔ Efficiently record and track potential clients.
Filter and categorise prospects for follow-ups.
✔ Gradually build out their financial profile as more information becomes available.

💡Tip

Use this feature to maintain a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring that opportunities are not missed while keeping data organised for future engagement.

Once the required data is entered, selecting Add completes the initial client setup.

You will automatically navigate to Fact Find, where you can enter detailed personal and financial information, including:

Contact details
Financial position (Assets, Liabilities, Income, Expenses)
Superannuation and Insurance policies
Risk Profile and Investment Preferences

This step ensures a complete client profile, enabling accurate financial planning and advice generation within AdviserLogic.

You can enter Fact Find data as comprehensively or simply as needed, depending on the client's category and engagement level.

For potential clients or prospects, minimal details can be captured, while for active clients, a more detailed Fact Find ensures robust financial analysis and tailored advice.

📌 Note

Completing the Fact Find is crucial as it serves as the foundation for other AdviserLogic features. Many modules, including Digital Advice, Cashflow Modelling, Needs Analysis, and Compliance Tracking, pull information from this section to accurately assess and analyse your client's financial position and advice needs.

Ensuring the Fact Find is fully completed and up to date will enhance the accuracy and efficiency of your financial planning process.
