​Check Your Invoice

Check the Supplementary spreadsheet received with your invoice.

Look for the column with the heading Opportunity Owner. Here, you will find the email ID and name of your Customer Success Manager.

​Booking a Meeting

You can now book a one-on-one meeting with your Customer Success Manager via the help centre. Select the support button from the top right menu of your AdviserLogic account.

The help centre window will open, scroll to the bottom of the home window. Select the Book CSM button to schedule a meeting.

If you encounter any issues setting up a meeting, send an email to [email protected].

The support team will then arrange the one-on-one meeting with your Customer Success Manager.
