Making it easier to book time with a Success Manager
We have simplified scheduling sessions with your designated Customer Success Manager (CSM). This new feature is designed to simplify the scheduling process and give you more control over your sessions.
You can now ask Ava for your CSM's name and contact details and she will give you that information via chat.
You can also scroll to the bottom of your Help Centre and select the Book CSM meeting button we have added for your convenience.
You will be navigated to an external booking form where you will see a welcome message and the availability of the Success team, making it easy to book a suitable time at your own leisure.
The calendar is navigable via the two arrows next to the date, if your availability is in the future, or if your preferred dates are unavailable.
The available times will be shown in blue with a light blue halo. To make an appointment simply select the date at your convenience.
This will activate the Time field, where you can enter the time you wish the meeting to occur.
Select the time, then select Next to proceed to the meeting details.
On the Meeting Details screen, you will be prompted to enter your details, along with a brief description of the areas you would like to discuss. It is really important you populate this information, as it allows us to prepare and ensure you get the most from the meeting.
Enter your name, practice name, and best email to ensure seamless communication. You can also add guests to the meeting to enhance collaboration and maximise the value your CSM meeting brings to your practice.
Choose the product you would like to discuss and schedule the meeting.
Select Schedule Event and you will be booked for your chosen time and date! An email with the details will be sent to you.
