Overview
The Adviser Home Review Meeting Management widget provides an intuitive framework to efficiently manage upcoming client review meetings and stay up-to-date.
The process has been streamlined for easy tracking of upcoming meetings from start to finish.
Instructions
Access the Review Meeting Management Widget by going to Adviser Home > Customise Adviser Home.
Select the tick box in front of Review Meeting Management then Save.
The widget will now show as an expandable tile on the Adviser Home page.
Widget Integration with AdviserLogic Modules
Fact Find
The widget is integrated with Fact Find, File Notes and Client Home. The Next Review Date and Review Frequency fields in Fact Find have been incorporated into the widgets functionality.
Selecting the status of the meeting as Completed automatically assigns the next review date based on the Review Frequency selected in Fact Find and the date of the meeting - this can be adjusted manually in Fact Find Next Review Date.
File Notes
The status' are integrated with File Notes, keeping a log of the progression of the status of the meeting. This feature works as a tracker to ensure their compliance records are intact.
Client Home
You can also see the status of the Reviews on Client's home page.
We have integrated the Review Meeting Management widget with Client Home. This integration allows actions to be taken directly from Client Home.
Change status - Pending, Invited, Scheduled and Completed (status can be changed from and to any status)

📌Note
Any action taken from the Client's home will also reflect in the Adviser Home widget. However, you may need to refresh your screen when navigating back to the widget.
Widget Functionality
Filter by Advisers - Filter clients by one adviser or multiple as required.
Filter by Days - Control the widget showing reviews that are due in the coming 30, 60 or 90 days.
The widget includes three columns populated with information from the Fact Find.
Client Name
Review Due by information is retrieved from the Next review date from Fact Find > Internal > Review Details.
Action notification - Useful insights such as when an invitation was sent or how many days overdue a meeting is
Status - Editable by selecting options from the drop-down menu.

Widget Workflow
The status bars are colour-coded to indicate priority - at a glance.
Pending appears as the default and remains so until changed. It will show as yellow until the meeting is overdue, in which case it turns red.
When changed to Invited, a confirmation pop-up is activated, confirming the status has changed for the client's review. Under Review Due By, Invited Today will appear.
If a client was invited some time ago, reminding them via email, then selecting the circle icon next to the status, logs that the client has been re-invited for a review.
A confirmation pop-up will be generated once this action has been taken. The Review Due By section for that client will show that the client has been re-invited.
⚠️Note
Currently, the client is not invited from the widget - users still need to manually perform that task via phone call, SMS or email. This only tracks the status of the review meeting setting process.
When the status is changed from Invited to Scheduled, a time and date dialogue will show. Allowing you to change these details.
💡Note
The meeting is not scheduled using the widget, you need to manually inform the client of any changes made. Only the status tracking has been updated
A confirmation Pop-up will show to say that the status has changed to Scheduled.
The Review Due By section for that client will show that the Review has been scheduled.
Once the meeting is scheduled, a calendar icon will appear alongside the status Scheduled. The meeting can be Rescheduled by selecting the calendar icon.
Once the meeting is done, change the status to Complete, and a notification will indicate that the Review meeting has been recorded as Completed, and a file note created in the client's record, along with the option to undo this action.
The client will be removed from the list depending on their review frequency and the date range you have selected on the widget. A file note will be added to their record.
💡Note
It is possible to change back and forth between statuses except for Completed. If you need to amend a completed client's review details you may do this in Fact Find > Internal > Review Dates.
Once these steps are complete, the Next Review Date will automatically change as per the Review Frequency selected in Fact Find.
