Meet your Customer Success Manager
At AdviserLogic, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) is here to help you succeed with the platform. This is not the same as your BDM, who focuses on the sales journey. Your CSM partners with you, after you’ve finished onboarding with us, to ensure AdviserLogic becomes a powerful tool in your practice.
Your CSM will guide you through reviews, provide training, and help you use AdviserLogic to its full potential. If you’re ever unsure who your CSM is, simply ask Ava in the AdviserLogic chat or open the Help Centre and select Book CSM meeting at the bottom of the page. Ava can also give you a direct link to their calendar, just ask her.
For technical issues such as login problems or system errors, Support is your best path. You can reach Support by asking Ava, calling us during business hours, or sending an email.
Your CSM is your partner in growth. Support is your partner in resolutions. Together, we’re here to make your AdviserLogic experience a success.
