New Help Centre feature
Action key admin tasks in just a few clicks
We've introduced a streamlined Tickets menu that allows Practice Principals and Champions to action key practice-level updates directly through the Help Centre, rather than having to email us.
The tickets system covers predefined, action-oriented Tasks across 5 main areas:
User Management Tasks: Add New User | Remove User | Replace Login | Change Licence Type
Practice Information Tasks: Change Practice Name | Change AFSL
Billing & Payment Tasks: Update Payment Details | Invoice Query
System Setup & Data Tasks: Template Request | Database Segmentation Report | Schema Update
Compliance Document Tasks: PDS Update
This new feature makes it faster and more transparent to handle important admin tasks like user changes, billing details, and data requests, with full visibility on the status of requests.

DocuSign - signed, sealed, delivered!
On September 10, DocuSign will be rolling out as a new way to send documents to clients for signature. Keep an eye out for this exciting feature in the Document Vault, where it will appear alongside the existing Adobe option.
Once it’s live, you’ll find helpful articles and training resources right within AdviserLogic to guide you through the new feature.
Biometric security is about to launch
Biometric authentication will be introduced on September 16 as part of our Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) system.
Biometric options such as Face recognition, Fingerprint and PIN work with your existing software to provide a faster, easier way to authenticate, especially on devices you use regularly.
You will be able to securely log in without needing to enter a verification code every time. Once set up, Biometric MFA replaces the manual MFA step with quick device‑specific recognition, improving both convenience and protection.
This feature is only available if your device is biometric-enabled.
