Cancelling Your AdviserLogic Account

To cancel your AdviserLogic account, book a meeting with your CSM via the Help Centre. We'll ensure a smooth and secure offboarding

Overview

We're genuinely sorry to hear you're considering leaving AdviserLogic. Whether you're winding down your advice practice, transitioning to a new software platform, consolidating systems across a larger group, or navigating other business changes, we understand that every decision has its reasons.

Our goal is to make your offboarding experience as smooth, secure, and respectful as possible. AdviserLogic has likely held important client data, advice documents, and workflows - so it’s essential we manage your transition with care and precision.

To begin the cancellation process, you’ll need to book a short meeting with your Customer Success Manager (CSM). This personalised session is designed to ensure:

🔐 Your data is handled securely - We'll confirm what should be retained, archived, or exported to support compliance or business continuity.

💰 Your final billing is accurate - Any relevant adjustments, notice periods, or pro-rata charges will be clarified so there are no surprises.

🔒 Access is closed off correctly - We'll make sure all users are deactivated in line with your cancellation timeline to maintain data integrity.

🔄 Export or transition support is provided - If you need client data, reports, or templates for future use, we’ll help you arrange those exports efficiently.

This meeting ensures your exit is not just processed — it’s supported.

🎧 Open the Help Centre

Select the headphones icon in the top-right corner of AdviserLogic to open the Help Centre.

📅 Book a Meeting

On the Home page, scroll down to the Book a Meeting with Your CSM button.

Choose a Date and Time that suits you.

Add your reason for the meeting in the Description field. Add any other relevant information , select the products you wish to cancel and scroll down to select Schedule Event.

During the session, your CSM will guide you through:

  • Reviewing final billing and access cutoff dates

  • Arranging data exports if required

  • Discussing any next steps based on your license terms

  • Capturing any feedback you wish to share

💡 Tip

If you're cancelling due to a specific issue, feel free to let us know in the description - we may be able to help resolve it before your exit.

👉 What Happens Next?

After your meeting:

  • Your CSM will confirm the account closure date

  • Any agreed data exports will be actioned

  • You’ll receive a final confirmation and invoice (if applicable)
