Overview

The Client Web Portal provides clients with a secure and modern digital experience, allowing them to view their investments, assets, liabilities and shared documents online. The portal is designed to help clients better understand their financial position and investment performance through easy-to-read dashboards and interactive charts.

The Client Web Portal consists of three main pages:

  • Overview

  • Investments

  • Documents

Each page provides a different view of the client's financial information.

Overview Page

The Overview page provides a high-level snapshot of the client's financial position, including investments, assets, liabilities and shared documents.

Ending Balance

The Ending Balance displays the total value of the client's superannuation accounts and investment portfolios.

Total Gain

The Total Gain shows the overall gain achieved by the client's portfolio over the previous twelve months. This is displayed as both a dollar value and a percentage.

Your Net Worth

The Your Net Worth section provides a consolidated view of the client's financial position by combining assets and liabilities to calculate their overall net worth. This information is presented visually, allowing clients to quickly understand how their wealth is distributed and how their assets compare against outstanding liabilities.

Asset values may include superannuation accounts, investments, cash holdings and personal assets, while liabilities may include loans and credit card balances. By presenting this information in a single location, clients can easily monitor changes to their financial position over time.
