Overview
Your adviser has provided you with access to Client Login, a secure online portal that allows you to view and manage your financial information in one convenient location.
Client Login is designed to make communication between you and your adviser easier while ensuring your information remains secure, accurate, and up to date. Through the portal, you can review and update personal information, complete requests from your adviser, access documents, and manage other investment-related details.
With streamlined access to your financial information, Client Login helps you stay informed, collaborate effectively with your adviser, and remain in control of your financial journey.
Accessing Client Login
Once your adviser enables your Client Login, you will receive a Welcome email containing the necessary credentials and a link for accessing your Client Login.
Get Started
Welcome Email Link: Select the link provided in your Welcome Email to open the Client Login portal. On the login page, enter your username and temporary password provided in the email. Ensure the I am not a Robot box is ticked before selecting Login.
After signing in for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new password of your choice. Once your password has been successfully updated, you can log in using your new credentials and access your Client Login dashboard.
If the provided link doesn't work, you may copy and paste the following into your browser: https://www.adviserlogic.com/Default.aspx?corplogin / https://www.adviserlogic.com/Default.aspx
When this is done, you may be prompted to select a new password if your adviser has opted for this feature.
📌Note
When creating your new password, it must be at least 8 characters long, contain a combination of letters and numbers, and include at least one special character (for example, !, @, #, or $).
For ease of use, choose a password that is secure but easy for you to remember. Avoid making your password unnecessarily complex while ensuring it meets the required security criteria.
If your adviser has not enabled the Welcome Email feature, they may provide your Client Login URL, username, and temporary password separately.
Open the Client Login URL provided by your adviser and enter your username and temporary password on the login page. After signing in, you may be prompted to create a new password before accessing the Client Login portal.
After successfully setting your new password, you will be able to log in to the Client Login portal and access your financial information.

You will be able to see a list of your documents in the Document Vault.
Report
If your adviser has enabled the Reports section, you can access and view the Portfolio Analysis X-Ray Report from within the Client Login portal.
The Portfolio Analysis X-Ray Report provides a detailed breakdown of your investment portfolio, helping you better understand how your investments are allocated and where your exposures lie. Depending on the report configuration, you may be able to view information such as asset allocation, sector diversification, geographic exposure, underlying holdings, and investment concentration.
This report can help you gain a clearer understanding of your overall investment strategy and support more informed discussions with your adviser about your financial goals and portfolio positioning.
myDataLogic
If your adviser has enabled myDataLogic and requested that you connect your accounts, you can securely share financial data directly with AdviserLogic through the Client Login portal.
myDataLogic allows you to connect supported financial institutions and share information such as bank accounts, loans, credit cards, and other financial data with your adviser. This helps reduce manual data entry, improves the accuracy of your financial information, and assists your adviser in building a more complete picture of your financial position.
To connect your accounts, navigate to the myDataLogic section within Client Login and follow the prompts to select your financial institution and authenticate your account. Once connected, the authorised data will be securely shared with AdviserLogic and made available to your adviser for financial planning purposes.
💡Tip
Please use the instructions to add the Bank Account under mydatalogic
📌Note
Your login credentials for financial institutions are not stored within AdviserLogic. The connection process is managed securely through myDataLogic.
Client/Adviser Requests
To send a request to your adviser, navigate to the Requests tab located at the top of the portal and select Add. A new window will open, allowing you to enter your message, instructions, or notes.
Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to your adviser and will appear in their notification centre for review and follow-up.
After submitting a request, it will be displayed in the Requests list for future reference. Select a request from the list to view its details, including the original message and any responses or updates provided by your adviser.
Once submitted, a request cannot be edited. However, if you need to provide additional information or clarification, you can add to the conversation by selecting Post Reply and entering your update. Any replies will be visible to both you and your adviser within the request thread.
Troubleshooting
Error Message: 'You have entered an invalid username or password'
This issue is often caused by an incorrect email address or password being entered. Carefully check your login credentials and try signing in again.
If you have verified that your credentials are correct and the issue persists, select Forgot Password? to reset your password.
You will receive an email containing a temporary password. Enter this temporary password on the Client Login page and select Login. You will then be prompted to create a new password before gaining access to your Client Login account.
Should you continue to experience difficulties after resetting your password, contact your adviser for assistance or request that a new temporary password be issued for your Client Login account.
Error message: Session Expired
📌Note
This generally happens because you haven't logged in for a while, and your computer is remembering a previous login. That said, this occasionally occurs with new logins as well, due to permissions on your computer conflicting with the software.
If you receive this error message when logging in, refresh your page and enter your credentials again. This should resolve the issue immediately.
If it doesn't, please follow the clear cache steps.
The fastest way to do this is by selecting the Padlock icon next to the address bar on your browser and then selecting Cookies and site data.
Select Manage cookies and site data.
A pop-up will show you a list of websites. Select the Recycle bins next to each one, then select Done and refresh your screen. You should be able to re-enter your login credentials and log in after this process is complete.
📌Note
If these steps do not resolve the issue, try using the Forgot Password option to reset your password and attempt to log in again.
If you are still unable to access Client Login after resetting your password, contact your adviser or the AdviserLogic Support Team for further assistance.
Sign In with Morningstar button
When experiencing login issues, it can be tempting to try every available sign-in option to gain access to your account. However, it is important not to select the Sign in with Morningstar button located at the bottom of the login screen, as this option is not intended for Client Login users and may prevent you from accessing your account correctly.
The Sign in with Morningstar option is intended for advisers and should not be used to access Client Login.
If you are experiencing login issues, ask your adviser to reset your password and then sign in using the updated credentials on the Client Login page.
