Overview

The Master Client Access feature in AdviserLogic helps practices efficiently manage Client Web Portal access for clients. It provides a central location to view client portal details, including the client name, registered email address, portal access status, and most recent login activity.

You can quickly identify whether a client’s portal access is activated, waiting for activation, or not yet enabled, making it easier to monitor client engagement within the Client Web Portal via Master Client Access.​


Accessing Master Client Access

Navigate to Tools > Client Web Portal > Adviser Tools > Master Client Access.




Controls

The Master Client Access screen shows a tabulated list of clients and their CWP status.


Along the top of the screen, you will see a Search field allowing you to search for a client by name. Enter the client’s name, and select them from the drop-down to view their web portal status and login details.

There is also a View By dropdown, this menu lets you filter the client list and view clients based on their web portal status (Disabled, Enabled, Invitation Sent, All).


Additionally, you can sort the client list by selecting the header at the top of the column to sort by:

  • Client Name - As listed in ADL

  • Client Web Portal Status - Sent, enabled, disabled

  • User ID - Client's email address

  • Last Client Web Portal Login - Date

  • Adviser Name - Adviser the client is assigned to

  • Number of logins - Last 3 Months




Viewing Client Details

After selecting the relevant options from the search box and dropdown menu, you will be able to:

  • View Client Web Portal Status

Understand whether the client's portal is enabled, disabled, or if an invitation has been sent.

  • Check the Last Login Date

See the last time the client accessed the web portal.

  • Monitor Login Activity

Review the number of logins in the past three months.


​By using these features, you can efficiently manage your clients' access to the web portal, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information at their fingertips.
