Overview

To provide more control over the client experience, AdviserLogic allows you to determine which pages clients can access within the Client Web Portal (CWP). This feature enables your practice to tailor the portal experience by displaying only the information that is relevant to your clients.

Using Client Web Portal Settings, you can enable or disable specific portal pages, helping to simplify navigation, improve usability, and ensure clients only see content that aligns with your service offering.

Set or Edit Client Web Portal Page Visibility

Log in to AdviserLogic and navigate to Tools > Adviser Tools > Client Web Portal > Settings.

Within the settings page, select the portal pages you would like your clients to access. Tick the pages you want displayed and clear any pages you want to hide from the Client Web Portal.

Once you have finished updating the page visibility settings, select Save to apply your changes. The updated settings will be reflected in the Client Web Portal for all applicable clients.

📌Note

All pages are selected by default. You can customise which pages clients can access, however at least one page must be selected before you can save your changes.

When the Overview and Investment page is selected, you can also choose whether to display Return Information and Cumulative Contributions to clients.

If the Overview and Investment pages are not selected, clients will only see the Document Manager page in the Client Web Portal. From this page, clients can upload documents, which are automatically stored in the client's Document Vault

If Display Document Manager is not selected, clients will not be able to access the Document Manager page in the Client Web Portal. As a result, they will be unable to view, upload, or share documents through the portal. Clients will only have access to the pages that remain enabled, such as the Overview and Investment pages.

📌Note

The Investment Page can only be displayed if the Overview Page is displayed.

⚠️Important

Changes to these settings apply to all clients with access to the Client Web Portal.
