Overview

In AdviserLogic’s Digital Advice module, adding justifications ensures that client recommendations are clearly explained and well-documented. Justifications provide the rationale behind advice, outlining the reasons, potential benefits, and implications of the recommended actions.

By including detailed justifications, you enhance compliance, transparency, and client understanding, ensuring that recommendations align with best interest obligations and regulatory requirements.

Presetting justifications streamlines the advice creation process, making it easier to generate consistent and well-structured recommendations.

Adding Justifications

Open a client record and navigate to Digital Advice > Scenarios > Settings


In the General Settings view > Select Change on Justification for Add/Switch Platform

Select the Reason or Consequence button, then select Add to add your justification.


Once you have entered a reason select the tick box, These will show in the main panel


To Edit or Delete an existing justification, simply hover over it, then select the Edit/Pencil or Delete/ Trashcan icon.


⚠️Note
These Justifications are only available using the Add/Switch Platform Strategy.
