In AdviserLogic’s Fact Find, you can easily add a partner to an existing client to ensure their financial details are accurately linked. This process allows for a more comprehensive client profile, helping you provide holistic financial advice.

By following a few simple steps, you can update personal, financial, and relationship details to maintain accurate records within the system.


Adding a Partner

To add a partner to an existing client in AdviserLogic, follow these steps:

From your client's record, hover over the Fact Find button or go to Fact Finder > Personal > Basic Information in the client profile.

Click the More option in the top right corner. From the drop-down menu, select Add Partner.

A window will open where you can enter the partner's primary information. Select Add to add the partner.

Once you have added the partner, the Partner Details section will be visible in Fact Find and throughout AdviserLogic.

📢 Important Reminder: Complete the Fact Find Thoroughly!

To ensure accurate financial planning and seamless integration, it’s essential to thoroughly enter all client and partner details in the Fact Find.

This ensures that the partner's information is integrated into the client's profile and AdviserLogics Modules, allowing for comprehensive financial modelling.


The Marital Status of the relationship can be added within the primary Client's Fact Find > Basic information.
