Overview

Custom Task Types allow you to define specific categories of tasks you use within AdviserLogic’s Workflow module. By setting up Task Types that match your firm’s processes, you can standardise task categorisation, reporting and assignment. Creating tailored Task Types ensures consistency across workflows and supports clearer task reporting and filtering.
