Overview
URL links in AdviserLogic allow you to store and access external web pages directly from within the platform. This is useful for linking to provider portals, compliance resources, client documents, research tools, or any frequently used website. Setting up URL links can help streamline workflows and reduce the time spent navigating between systems.
AdviserLogic includes a range of integrated tools and external connectivity options designed to improve adviser efficiency and client engagement.
Access
To access URL link settings in AdviserLogic:
Tools > Practice Management > URL Links

This feature requires Administrative Tool access
How to set up URL links
Log in to your AdviserLogic account, then navigate to the Tools section from the main menu.
Navigate to Administrative Tools > Practice Management > URL Links to access and manage URL links within AdviserLogic.
A new screen will appear where you can enter the URL Name and Description. After entering the required information, select Save to create the URL link.
The link will appear in the navigation panel on the left-hand side of the Adviser Home screen.
Select the link to open the associated website in a new browser tab.
📌Note
To ensure the URL link works correctly, copy the full and correct website address, then paste it into the URL field in AdviserLogic.
⚠️Important
AdviserLogic allows up to two external URL links to be saved.
