Overview

When you attempt to sign in to AdviserLogic and see the message “Information provided doesn’t match our records”, it generally means the username or password entered does not match what is saved on your account.

This error almost always reflects a credential mismatch rather than a system issue. It is commonly caused by typing errors, an outdated password, or using the wrong account details.

Reviewing your login information and resetting your password when needed usually resolves the problem quickly.

To Change the Password and Resolve the Error

If this error appears, begin by checking your username and password carefully. Ensure there are no extra spaces and that Caps Lock is not on. Confirm the characters are entered exactly as saved, including capital letters and special symbols.

If you are still getting the same error message, please reset your password. Select Forgotten Password? on the AdviserLogic login page to begin.

You will be prompted to enter your registered email address or username, and you will receive a password reset email with a secure link.

Open the password reset email and follow the link provided. Enter a new password that meets the required criteria, then save your changes.

Return to the AdviserLogic login page and sign in using your username and newly created password. If you manage multiple AdviserLogic accounts, make sure you are entering the correct set of credentials.

If the issue continues, check that you reset the password for the correct email address or username. Repeat the password reset process if needed. If you are still unable to sign in, contact AdviserLogic Support so our team can investigate further.

📌Note

If the error persists after resetting your password, check your junk or spam folder in case the reset email was filtered incorrectly.

Ensure the email address you entered is the one registered with AdviserLogic.

If your new password does not work immediately, wait a few minutes and try again because password changes may take a short time to update.
