Overview

AdviserLogic has enhanced flexibility and efficiency in task management with AdviserLogic's task re-assignment feature which is now available to all users.

You can now easily streamline your workflow by reallocating tasks with just a few clicks. This  allows all users to seamlessly select and assign various client-related tasks among team members, regardless of their admin tools access.

Navigate to Tools > Adviser Tools > Task Reassignment

Selecting the Current Assignee from the drop-down will show the tasks assigned to the specified user in the list below. The list will be sorted by Due Dates, with older ones first.

Upon selecting a current assignee, you can filter the displayed tasks based on the chosen status, either In Progress or Dormant.

Select the user to which the tasks will be reassigned from the New Assignee drop-down.

Select the task/s to be reassigned then choose the Reassign button to move specific tasks, or select Reassign All to move all the visible tasks to another user.

📌Note

The screen has a pagination feature, meaning only up to 100 tasks can be displayed on each page. If you need to re-assign more than 100 tasks, you must navigate multiple pages to locate and re-assign them. On the other hand, if you want to re-assign all tasks, you will need to first change the assignee for the first 100 records on the initial page, and then move on to the subsequent pages to repeat the re-assignment process for the next set of 100 tasks, and so on.

Selecting the Download button will download an Excel report of all the tasks.
