Overview
AdviserLogic Client Home is a powerful interface that enables financial advisers to manage and monitor their clients' current financial position in a centralised hub. With features like Affinity Index and Client Access, this interface simplifies the advisory process by providing a snapshot of the client's current financial situation at a glance.
Access
To access Client Home, open a client record, and the client home page will load automatically. Select the Client Home tab to navigate back to the client home from another module.
You will see a collection of tiles relating to different aspects of the client and their investments and holdings.
Client Tile
The first tile is the client information tile. From here you can set client access to Client Login, Client Web Portal and myDatalogic.
The tile also shows Basic details like the client's email address and Notes entered in the Fact Find, as well as information related to the Review and Contact dates.
The bottom of the tile focuses on revenue generated by the client as well as the Disclosure due date.
Finally, the top right of the tile allows you to edit the details by selecting the Pencil Icon. You may also download your Custom Reverse Fact Find by selecting the Arrow Download button.
Similarly, if the client is Partnered the tile below this will show the same information for the partner.
Insurance Tile
Moving to the left of the Client tile, we come to the Insurance tile, again, if the client is partnered, this will show a snapshot of both the client and partner's insurance information.
The basic policies and premiums will show as default, opening these by selecting the blue + plus button will show a breakdown of the total.
To access an insurance-only version of the Reverse Fact Find, select the Download Arrow from the Insurance tile.
An insurance policy summary will download and be found in your downloads folder.
Income and Liabilities
Below the Insurance tile, you will find the Income and Liabilities tiles, showing a snapshot of the client's income and liabilities, providing a clear overview of the differences between these figures.
Both tiles appear as a chart but can be switched to a tabulated view if preferred. They also allow you to select which entity values you want to see, with All shown as default.
📌Note
Hovering over the chart will show details of the client's position.
Asset Allocation and Investment Tiles
Moving to the third row, you will see the Asset Allocation and Investments tiles.
The Investments tile shows a visual breakdown of the client's investments and holdings in a colourful easy to digest box chart, each holding size reflects the percentage of overall investments the client holds. These percentages are illustrated within each section for an easy overview of the client's current investments.
If you would rather view the holdings in a table format, please switch to this option.
The Asset Allocation tile shows the asset allocation the client's holdings fall under, represented by a donut chart.
💡Tip
Opening this chart will navigate you to the client's assets screen.
Super Funds, Companies, Funds and Net Position Tiles
The next row shows the Entities tile alongside the Net Position.
The Entities Tile shows a list of Super, Company and Trust entities the client owns or is a member of.
The Net Position Tile shows a brief glimpse of the client's net position in real-time.
Expanding the tile will show a more comprehensive breakdown of the client's Net Position.
Selecting the heading bands will further expand the selection. This table is searchable, and opening the tile will navigate to the client's Assets and Liabilities tab.
Affinity Index, Surplus and Deficit and File Notes
The final sections of Client Home can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the page.
You will see the Affinity Index, the client's Surplus and Deficits and finally the File Notes tiles.
The Affinity Index is a chart that shows how much data entry you have completed for your client. Initially, it starts as grey, but as you input the client information, the wedges change colour to represent the different complete sections of the client's record. Offering a quick snapshot of complete and incomplete tasks concerning the client setup.
Hovering over sections of the Affinity Index Chart opens more detailed information. Opening the Tile further shows you the remaining tasks and what value completing these will add to the client's profile.
Hovering over the settings wheel in the Score Column allows you to navigate to the action or mark it as not required.
The Surplus and Deficits table shows a brief snapshot of the current situation.
Opening the tile shows a more comprehensive view of the client's position.
The File Notes Table at the very bottom of the screen shows a breakdown of the latest File Notes attached to the client's account.
📌Note
The File Notes table is scrollable and searchable and opening the table navigates you to the client's file note section.
