Overview

Un-mapping a data feed is a simple process that can be done in two different ways. In this article, we will guide you through both methods so you can choose the one that works best for you.

Method 1

Navigate to Fact Finder > Internal for the client you'd like to change. Scroll down to the Account Codes section at the bottom of the section.

Locate the data feed you'd like to remap from the list of existing mapped feeds, hover over the blue arrow icon next to the code, and select Erase from the drop-down menu.

Method 2

The second option is to Go to Datafeeds

From the Left menu panel select the correct Datafeed from the drop- down menu under Datafeed Management heading to open it.

Select the Remap or Erase button from next to the clients name you wish to un-map. You can search for the correct client in the Search field.

Once a client is un-mapped the only option next to their name will be Map.
