Overview
Previously, users could permanently delete client records, but this functionality has been discontinued to prevent accidental loss of crucial information. It is no longer possible to delete client records.
The Recycling Bin contains all previously deleted entity data, including Super Entities, Investment Accounts, and other crucial records. Serving as a secure holding area for previously deleted data, allowing for easy restoration if needed.
Accessing the Recycling Bin
To access the Recycling Bin in AdviserLogic Navigate to Tools > Administrative Tools > Advanced Records Management > Recycle Bin
💡Tip
You must have access to the Administrative tools to use the Recycle Bin.
Restoring Data from the Recycling Bin
To restore data, open the Recycle Bin and browse through the list to find the specific data to be restored. Select the data and choose the restore option. The data will be reinstated to its original location.
