Overview
The Non Super Platforms (Investment Platforms) tool in AdviserLogic helps you identify, compare and utilise investment platforms for clients’ non superannuation portfolios. This includes managing and mapping platforms that hold investments outside of super, such as direct shares, managed funds or other investment products. AdviserLogic integrates platform data and research into your advice workflow to support efficient planning and reporting
The Non-Super Platforms section in Tools allows you to add non-standard Investment Platforms to your AdviserLogic account.
💡Tip
You need access to Administrative Tools to add Non Super Platform through Tools.
Add Investment Platform
To add an Investment Platform, go to Tools > Administrative Tools > Product Setup > Non Super Platforms.
The Non Super Platform window will show a list of platforms commonly used in Australia.
To add a Platform select Add from the top right of the window. Enter the Platform Name in the empty field, you also need to enter the setup and ongoing fees for these to be applied in later stages.
Add Fee Structure
Below the Setup and Ongoing fields are several empty fields where you can add different tiered fee structures based on a percentage of the investment amount.
Once you Save the fees a confirmation will show above the Save button to the left of the window.
Delete or Edit Platform
To Edit or Delete a Platform select it from the list, make the changes and use the relevant buttons to Save the changes or Delete the Platform.
Differentiate Fee Structure for Managed Funds & Australian Shares
Below the main window, you can use the Customise Commission Per Investment Class to add different fee structures for Managed Funds and Australian Shares.
From the Customise Commission Per Investment Class window select Managed Fund or Australian Shares from the dropdown.
Either option will load the list of the previously entered Fee Structures. Adjust these values and Save your changes to apply them to the platform.
The Platform will now show when adding or editing an investment in Assets/Liabilities > Assets > Managed Funds/Australian Shares
